TRAILING ROPE GRABS:
Trailing rope grabs are to be used with independent lifelines. A 3/4-inch or 5/8-inch synthetic lifeline with a minimum tensile strength of 5,000 pounds must be secured to an anchorage point independent of the worker's platform. A trailing rope grab moves easily up and down the lifeline with the worker, allowing hands-free operation. In the event of a fall, it locks instantly to arrest the fall.

- Standard trailing rope grab constructed of stainless steel with a 5/8-inch rope tunnel
Model #8175RLS:
- Trailing rope grab constructed of stainless steel (5/8-inch rope tunnel) with an attached 3-foot rope lanyard and one (1) plated locking snap hook with a 3/4-inch throat opening
Model #8175WLS:
- Trailing rope grab constructed of stainless steel (5/8-inch rope tunnel) with an attached 3-foot nylon webbing lanyard and one (1) plated locking snap hook with a 3/4-inch throat opening
Model #8175SLS:
- Trailing rope grab constructed of stainless steel (5/8-inch rope tunnel) with an attached 3-foot nylon webbing lanyard with an integral SofStop shock absorber and one (1) plated locking snap hook with a 3/4-inch throat opening
