Tychem® 10,000 is a copolymer film laminated to a tough, spun-bonded material, making Tychem® 10,000 the strongest limited-use suit on the market today. It has passed with excellent ratings all NFPA 1991 challenge chemical permeation tests, showing no breakthrough after exposure times of 8 hours.
Broadest Temperature Range for Limited-Use Garments.
Tychem® 10,000 offers the broadest temperature range for limited-use garments, -25°F to +225°F (-32°C to 90°C). It is available in NFPA 1991-94 certified versions when worn with an aluminized overcover. Garments made with Tychem® 10,000 meet all OSHA Level A requirements, and are so durable that they stand up to both emergency response and remediation situations.
