Peltor litecom headsets features a programmable frequency range between 462-467 mHZ, 30 channel capability, 38 CTCSS privacy tones to avoid unwanted frequency chatter, 12.5/25 kHZ channel spacing, rechargeable battery pack, voice activated transmitting or push-to-talk on the back left ear cup and a noise canceling boom microphone.
Peltor litecom is an excellent product for many high noise communication applications (manufacturing/shooting ranges/plant tours/forestry) where users want a simple integrated headset & 2-way radio solution without the need for belt radios.
The standard headband models have an NRR 25 dB (tested in an accredited NVLAP laboratory) and come in two alternate headband configurations 1) neckband for use with or without hardhats and 2) hardhat clip-in for use with slotted hardhats.
