Specifications:
Unit design saves space and fits easily into any work environment. Eye wash operates quickly by a large, highly visible push handle. Safe, steady water flow under varying water supply conditions from 30-90 PSI is assured by integral flow control in the sprayhead assembly.
Construction:
Eye wash bowl is bright yellow impact-resistant plastic for high visibility in emergency situations or is corrosion resistant stainless steel. Galvanized steel piping and wall mounting bracket are additionally protected with BRADTECT™ safety yellow coating. Galvanized steel tailpiece and trap waste assembly provided.
Standard Equipment:
Eye Wash Bowl: 10" (254mm) diameter yellow impact-resistant plastic or stainless steel. Standard Sprayhead Assembly: Chrome-plated brass sprayhead assembly with twin, soft flow, eye wash heads and protective sprayhead covers. The integral flow control assures safe, steady flow under varying water supply conditions from 30-90 PSI.
Valve:
Chrome-plated brass 1/2" IPS stay-open ball valve. Hand operated by a large, highly visible safety yellow PVC push handle.
Pipe and Fittings:
1/2" galvanized steel protected with BRADTECT™ safety yellow coating.
Wall Bracket: Heavy-gauge sand cast aluminum protected with BRADTECT™ safety yellow coating. Three clearance holes for wall mounting bracket; bolts by others.
Waste: Dome-type strainer, 1-1/4" drain fitting, tailpiece and trap furnished.
Water Supply:
1/2" IPS.

Installation Instructions:
Pre-Installation Information Operation:
The eye wash is easily activated by pushing the flag handle, and deactivated by pulling the flag handle back.
Components:
Eye Wash Bowl and Sprayhead: The eye wash bowl, made of impact-resistant plastic or stainless steel, has a 10” (254mm) diameter. The chrome plated brass sprayhead assembly has twin soft flow eye wash heads. The integral flow control assures safe, steady flow under varying water supply conditions.
Eye Wash Valve: The chrome-plated, l/2” IPS stay-open eye wash valve is operated by a plastic push flag handle with stainless steel stops.
Wall Bracket: The wall bracket is aluminum protected with BradtectTU safety yellow coating. Piping and Fittings: Pipe and fittings are galvanized steel coated with BradtectTM safety yellow.
Check Contents:
Separate all parts from packaging and check each part with Figure 2 and the Parts List on page 4. Make sure all parts are accounted for before discarding any packaging material. If any parts are missing, do not attempt to install your Bradley Eye Wash until you obtain the missing parts.

Installation Instructions:
Supplies Required:
- (3) 3/V’ wall fasteners and bolts, Pipe sealant, Piping to l/2” IPS water supply inlet on unit, Sign mounting hardware Note: Flush the water supply line before beginning installation.
Step 1: Install inlet drain fitting
Note: Top of eye wash heads should be 33”-45” (838mm-1142mm) fromfloor. 1. Position the inlet drain fitting over the 1 1/4” drain outlet pipe from wall. 2. Using the inlet dram fitting as a template, mark the bolt hole locations on wall OR install three suitable fasteners (supplied by installer) for 3 1/8” bolts in the wall at the marked hole locations (see figure 1). 3. Bolt the inlet dram fitting to the wall or wall fasteners using 3/V bolts (supplied by installer).
Step 2: Assembly eye wash
1. Assemble the remaining eye wash components as shown in Figure 2. - Apply pipe sealant (supplied by installer) to all male-threaded pipe joints. - Use a strap wrench around pipes when tightening to prevent pipe marring.
Step 3: Connect water supply 1. Connect the water supply piping to the l/2” IPS inlet on the eye wash (piping supplied by installer). 2. Connect P-trap and tailpiece to the 1 1/4” IPS drain outlet on the eye wash. 3. Mount safety sign to wall using sign mounting hardware (supplied by installer). 4. Open the water supply lines. Test for leaks and adequate water flow.
