Step 1:
- Submerge Cool Packs in ice and water for 20-30 minutes or in refrigerator or freezer for 30-45 minutes. The clear liquid will phase change to a white semi-solid.
- Step2:
- Insert energized Cool Packs into fabric vest and affix them into position. Slip vest on and adjust shoulder and side straps.
