On-Site Gravity Fed Water Preservative Kit:
Includes replacement cap, three liners and one bottle of water preservative.
For use in On-Site Gravity-Fed Eyewash Model S19-889
Installation Instructions:
1. Pour clean, potable water into the tank; continue pouring until the tank is 1/3 to 1/2 full.
2. Pour the entire contents of the water preservative bottle into the eye wash tank.
3. Add clean, potable water to the tank until the water level reaches the top of the tank.
4. Insert one liner into the cap with hole and attach the cap to the top of the eye wash tank (make sure the cap is tightly closed)
5. Insert the tube into the pinch to prevent leaking when installing the tank.
6. Invert the tank and place it on top of the pedestal as shown in Figure 2. The pierce on the pedestal will puncture a hole in the tank cap liner and allow the solution to flow.
• Make sure that the locking tabs are in front of the pedestal.
7. Raise the arm to snap fit in an upright position (this will automatically release the pinch). The eye wash unit is now ready to use.
