The new QuickLatch Voice Transmission System allows respirator wearers to communicate real time through a Peltor® microphone assembled to the QuickLatch exhalation valve, providing the clear, unmuffled voice transmissions that you’ve come to expect from all Peltor high quality communication devices. The Voice Transmission System is NIOSH approved for use on AOSafety half mask respirators and is available as a stand-alone unit or pre-assembled to QuickLatch silicone half masks. •Easy on-and-off latch • Improves productivity Microphone •Noise canceling microphone • Adaptable with new or existing 2-way radios. For applications where a respirator is used in high noise environments and 2-way communication is critical. The Voice Transmission System can be integrated into a new or existing 2-way radio system by using a Peltor headset and a mating in-line Push-To-Talk (PTT) radio adaptor. No radio modifications are required. Features include 3 model headsets and large selection of radio PTTs. For low-no noise situations where short range communication between workers is required. By using the the Voice Transmission System microphone in conjunction with the VA2100 Voice Amplifier, the user's voice is clearly reproduced and amplified so that someone within 10 to 15 feet away can hear what is being said. Features include combination on/off volume control adjustment and manual over-ride PTT.
